Our new help desk site, http://helpdesk.panopto.com, allows users to submit support tickets, participate in forums and more.
Support Tickets
Create your own support tickets here. Submit tickets here to:
- Track the progress of your support tickets. As we update your ticket, you will be notified every step of the way until it is resolved
- This is for supported customers only. Customers without support plans will be redirected to post in the forums for community help
Community Forums
Access community forums:
- Ask questions directly to the Panopto community
- Post new topics and explore past answers
- Forums are available to all Panopto users - no support plan necessary
