Erin Johnson
Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Erin Johnson brings a wealth of experience in talent development and organizational growth to the Panopto leadership team. Erin began her career at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, playing a key role in expanding their team across 25 clinics throughout Central Texas. Prior to joining Panopto, Erin was Head of Talent Acquisition and Management at ESO, a software company dedicated to improving community health and safety through data solutions for EMS, Fire, Hospital, and Government sectors. Her expertise helped strengthen the organization during a time of hyper-growth, scaling operations while maintaining company culture. Erin holds her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and maintains her SHRM-CP certification.
