The event will begin at 09:00 a.m and end at 3:00 p.m and will take place at the Luskin Conference Center at UCLA. Lunch and refreshments will be served.

Parking Information for the UCLA Luskin Conference Center

Convenient self-parking is available onsite at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center and across the street at UCLA Parking Structure 8.

Directions to Parking Structure 8

To find Parking Structure 8:

Enter UCLA by heading north on Westwood Boulevard.
Turn left into the Parking Structure 8 driveway—this is right before the parking information kiosk.
Drive up the ramp to Level 4, where you’ll find designated “Pay-by-Space” parking spots.
Pay for parking at one of the nearby kiosks.

Accessing the Luskin Conference Center

Use the convenient pedestrian bridge on Level 3 of Parking Structure 8.
From Level 4, take the central stairs or elevator down one level to reach the bridge.
Cross over Strathmore Place and walk around to the north side of the conference center. The main entrance is located at the Gateway Plaza turnaround.
