Panopto and all of its brands pledge to foster trust in AI development with a model rooted in customer-centricity.   This approach prioritizes transparency, responsible use of data, and secure methodologies to instill confidence amongst our user base and customer community.

1. Trustworthy: We do not use customer data to train public AI models without explicit permission.

2. Secure: We ensure that customer data stays protected within our cloud environment and safeguarded through tight governance.

3. Responsible: We enforce controls to safeguard against potential misuse of AI technologies and align with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. 

4. Knowledgable: We build AI models with trained, knowledgeable professionals and implement measures to minimize biases to ensure equitable user outcomes.
